YesSpot provides a cloud-based WiFi hotspot management platform that enables businesses to:

• Manage MikroTik and other compatible network devices
• Create and manage WiFi vouchers
• Deploy captive portals for user authentication
• Monitor network usage and analytics
• Manage multiple locations from a centralized dashboard

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Our pricing is based on the number of online users and features selected. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.3 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of end-user data through the Service complies with applicable privacy laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YESSPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YesSpot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
